Merchandise Return Policy

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within three business days. Please email our Customer Service Center at sales@bestqualitydiamondsdirect.com with any claims. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging). Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment. Shipping (USA & International)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY Most orders are shipped & delivered within 2-5 business days. Custom designs may take our team 2-3 weeks on complex designs. Expedited/rush orders are available in special circumstances (additional expediting fees may apply). Expediting cost varies between the time of year, allowable timeline, and complexity of your jewelry design. For further information and any request that requires our immediate attention you may contact us. SHIPPING POLICIES Best Quality Diamonds Direct is 100% responsible for lost shipping. Most wholesale orders and orders over $40,000 will be shipped via armored vehicles. For international orders, transit time could take between 3-21 days. International shipping fees may apply. Recipient is responsible to pay custom duties/tariffs. All shipments are insured. Tracking information will be provided to the customer immediately upon processing. Orders are shipped discreetly to help keep gifts a secret. All shipments will require signature upon delivery. Packages must be delivered only to the billing address specified by the credit card company. Shipping carriers charge a $150 fee for packages refused. Therefore, refusing a package is subjected to the Return to Sender fee and a 25% cancellation fee. Payment gateways charge a $60 fee when a payment dispute is filed. Therefore, payment disputes filed are subject to the dispute fee. All customers shipping items to/or receiving items being shipped from Best Quality Diamonds Direct are additionally bound to our Terms and Conditions.
